Tips For the Perfect Pizza



The most important point of making a pizza is the dough and the cooking method. Although pizza dough is a changing concept based on different palates, pizzaiolos  suggest that the dough should be as thin as possible. It is believed that a more delicious pizza can be obtained by focusing more on toppings rather than the dough. The pizza dough is as important as baking it. 

After all the ingredients have been added, the pizza should be placed on a higher rack in the oven. Thus, ingredients are cooked at the same time as the dough. You can also eat the pizza only with spices or sauces such as ketchup, mayonnaise, Ranch and mustard.

Ingredients

130 gr Flour,
60 gr Olive oil
4 fr Fresh yeast
5 gr Granulated sugar
5 gr Table salt
60 gr Pizza Tomato Sauce
200 gr Grated Mozzarella Cheese
35 gr Grated Parmesan Cheese
100 gr Black and Green Kalamata Olives
100 gr Roast Beef
60 gr Red Onion, 35 gr Dried Tomatoes
5 gr Fresh Basil Leaves
40 gr Fresh Arugula Leaves
35 gr Cherry Tomatoes

Preparation

Mix the yeast with flour in a large bowl.  Pour half a cup of warm water, add oil, sugar and salt start kneading the dough. Once you 
kneaded until its smooth and non sticky you will have a smooth surface. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it sit in room temperature for about 1 hour. Later, spread the dough and add mozzarella and the toppings as per your wish, and cook for 15 minutes in the oven at 225 degrees. After its cooked, you can shape the pizza into a roll and serve it.
